He later served as Sustainable Packaging Executive at Kraft Heinz Indonesia, leading eco-friendly packaging initiatives that aligned with both regulatory standards and evolving consumer expectations.
Currently, as Head of Packaging Innovation and Digitalization at Dua Kelinci, Rais spearheads innovation through Digital Social Listening—a method of tracking consumer behavior via online posts, comments, live content, and viral trends to uncover emerging needs and preferences. By combining insight, creativity, and digital tools, he translates these findings into breakthrough packaging and product strategies that resonate deeply with consumers.
