Wei Fen Lee is an applied business anthropologist, specializing in the triangulation of qualitative, semiotic, cultural, and quantitative data to uncover human insights to address business needs. Trained in South Asian Studies, English Literature, and Anthropology, she has decoded Asian consumers extensively across the public and private sector. She currently applies this within the Business Development & Strategy team, as a Consumer Insights Manager within Shiseido Travel Retail.
