Wei Fen Lee is a business anthropologist at Quantum Consumer Solutions where she uses traditional, visual, and digital ethnography as a discipline to uncover human insights on consumer culture for brands.

As an ethnographer, she has used research and writing on South and Southeast Asian communities to create recommendations for both the private and public sector, with a focus on understanding human lived experiences and behavioural change.

Wei Fen is trained in South Asian Studies, English Literature, and Anthropology, and holds a Bachelors and Masters of Philosophy from the National University of Singapore. She has written about culture for a wide range of publications, such as Open Magazine, The Business Times, and Esquire Singapore.
