Teboho Chalale is passionate about all-things-consumer research. He harnesses this passion into developing research approaches that drive business strategy: aiding in implementation of consumer-centric business models. Teboho holds an MPhil in Marketing Management: Marketing Research – and has 11 years of research and customer insights experience. He fosters a co-creative approach to research: collaborating with best in class partners to deliver breakthrough insights for NBL specifically, while enabling development of research skills for the industry in general.
