AVP, Customer Experience Measurement and Performance

During more than 20 years periods of her career in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia,Tbk (Telkom), most of her key responsibility was leading the solution team to design and provide ICT solutions for business customers, either enterprise customers or SMEs. In addition, she also involved in several global innovation projects, such as: Telkom-Telstra Strategic Partnership NAS project (2012-2013) as the Business team leader, Telkom-NTT-NEC Joint Study on new ICT services (2011-2012), Telkom – SK Telecom B2B Industry Productivity Enhancement project, and several product development and innovation projects. Currently she is one of the Telkom customer experience transformation core team, leading the digital customer experience transformation program. She got scholarship from Telkom for her bachelor degree at STT Telkom Bandung and Master degree at RMIT-Australia. In 2017, she accomplished her PhD program from the School of Economics, Finance and Marketing RMIT University-Australia.
