Shiggy is the CEO and Chief Happy Dream officer of MROC Japan Inc. and a Representative Director at Vision Critical Japan.
He has nearly 30-years-experience as a marketing researcher for both client side and suppliers including Hill’s Pet Nutrition Inc. and Philip Morris Japan as a head of research department, Research International and Synovate.
He is a thought leader of community research while he introduced MROCs to Japan in 2010. Since then, he has been trying to innovate Japanese marketing research by leading the Japanese researchers group named the JMRX.
