In his first ‘life’ in Kantar IMRB, he worked on servicing one tobacco manufacturer, across countries in five continents. Market research for the tobacco category is highly evolved, with use of complex analytical techniques such as Conjoint and Segmentation. He led several, such, strategic projects, partnering with clients up to the strategy building stage
In Nielsen, he worked across most major FMCG clients, both multinational companies and local companies in Malaysia and Singapore. His strength was in synthesizing information from Consumer, Retail with Internal information to arrive at actionable findings
His current role in Colgate-Palmolive Malaysia group brings together all his prior experience. His goal is to make the organizational culture more People-oriented, and elevate the use of Analytics and behavioral Science in Decision Making. He works with Commercial functions but also partners with Home Care Innovations for new product development
