I am a Partner at McKinsey, and Leader of the Japan Office Marketing & Sales Practice, focused on Marketing and Consumer/ Shopper insights driven strategy, with over 14 years of experience. I have extensive experience around qualitative and quantitative consumer / shopper insights , branding strategy, segmentation, and concept testing: my passions lies in realizing the impact true, deep insights on consumer / customer dynamics can have on company strategies.

The geographic scope of my activities is mainly centered around Japan consumers/ shoppers, but also have experience working in China, Korea, Australia, South East Asia , US and Europe; in terms of industries, my work ranges across packaged goods and retail, automotive, and financial services as well as other B2C and B2B sectors.
