An MBA from IIM Bangalore, Nirupama has 24 years of experience, primarily in market research, along with short stints in computer education and advertising. Her eclectic background, including a master’s degree in journalism and communication, a stint in academic counselling, and training in facilitation and problem solving, gives Nirupama the right balance of creativity and reason that qualitative research and innovation demand.
She is a specialist in Qualitative research and has worked on creating proprietary protocols along with key clients. Her special areas of interest are Behavior Change, Consumer drivers and NPD/Innovation for blue sky ideas, early stage testing and refining concepts. She is a trained workshop facilitator, and has been involved in training for entry level and senior researchers. Nirupama has experience in leading and cascading strategic change within organizations and auditing executive skills to set organizational norms and standards. She is on the accreditation panel for Unilever’s Qualitative researcher accreditation
program.
