Melvin has around 15 years of experience as a qualitative researcher, on both agency and client sides. He has a proven track record of working with his stakeholders to make effective decisions on new product development and brand communications.
Melvin is currently an in-house qualitative specialist with OCBC Bank’s CX Research department and (among other things!) has worked on the launch of the OCBC 365 & Voyage cards as well as the OCBC Life Goals & Silver Years propositions.
