As the Practice Lead of Global, Mali helps define the organization’s strategic direction in global business, drive thought leadership in optimizing and elevating global research, and identify new global business opportunities. She also taps into her personal international background and professional global expertise to ensure that culturally accurate and relevant insight & strategy are delivered in every project that connect to the brand’s business needs.
Mali is a true hybrid professional – her educational background in Design Thinking + Experience Design and her work experience, spanning from Creative Boutique Agency in Tokyo to innovative Consumer Insight Consultancies in Toronto, have shaped her unique perspective, keen strategic mind and creative problem-solving skills. She has lived and worked in Japan, Germany, US and Canada and speaks all three languages fluently.
Mali is currently most excited about introducing kinetic methodologies into the mix of existing Behavioral Science and Cultural Anthropology methodologies, to gain both evidence and empathy through tasked creative expressions.
