He is a customer experience & insights professional who is passionate about data-driven decision making culture in every touch point to proactively promote customer centricity and service culture, with a vision to improve business operations and commercial performance.
With his most recent role at Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific, Louie was responsible for translating and measuring CX strategy by identifying strategic and tactical customer enhancement opportunities to meet constantly evolving demand and improve customer journey. He also managed the voice of customer as part of group and corporate strategy throughout Asia Pacific by driving customer centricity into the DNA of organisation.
