Irene is a qualitative expert and social anthropologist with over two decades’ research experience. As Regional Qualitative Director for the APAC region, she works across Kantar Millward Brown and Kantar TNS to deliver innovative Qual studies that find the core truths driving consumers. She is experienced in cross-cultural comparative studies on consumer behaviour and co-creation using synectic and creative techniques for content generation and new product ideation. Irene started her career as a lecturer at Mumbai University, and has worked at a host of industry leaders such as Ipsos, Nielsen and TNS.
