Group Manager, Shopper Insights
Currently Eri helps Coca-Cola Japan (CCJC) to launch COSTA Coffee Brand in Japan successfully as Consumer Insight Group Manager. She also owns her consultancy firm to help partners get deeper insights and translate insights into action.
Prior to that position, Eri launched and led Shopper Insights Group, Knowledge & Insights at CCJC and was responsible for delivering actionable shopper insights and strengthening shopper understanding capability for Coca-Cola System.
Eri has 20 years’ experiences as a consumer/shopper insight specialist after pursuing master’s degree in the US. Eri has worked as both client and agency sides in Japan.
Eri has a strong passion to seek and become an evangelist of innovative ways of thinking/research.
