Disha is a Consumer Insights professional with 9 years of experience and exposure to multiple facets of research and insights practices. She has been involved in conceptualising, designing, managing and analysing simpler to complex research projects, problems and consumer solutions leading to effective brand strategies. In her current role with Air Asia, she handles research and insights for all markets and developing routes. Research scope lies in understanding AirAsia brand performance using different tools of research from brand valuation to brand health track and effective customer satisfaction studies. We measure NPS for AirAsia across countries and markets.
