Chelsea Chen, PayPal


Chelsea’s work is rooted in digital strategy, user research and design strategy. She is part of a team whose mandate is to drive PayPal’s user and revenue growth.

Chelsea currently leads consumer-segment web/digital projects across international markets to achieve business results. Her role includes identifying ways to optimise existing web channel through web analytics and user research to shape the voice and visuals of PayPal’s web channel. She also works closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into web/digital solutions, while ensuring on-brand continuity across different markets.

Prior to this, Chelsea was UX Lead, APAC at PayPal and Senior Experience Strategist at Citi FinTech. Chelsea is fascinated by elements that make up a transcendent user experience – and is happy to chat more if you like coffee.
