Bao Do holds a PhD of Food Science with Consumer Perception focus (University of Burgundy, France). In his previous academic role at The National Center for Scientific Research of France (CNRS), Bao did research investigating how culture drives the perception and taste preference of consumers in different countries (France, Korea, Japan, Thailand and Vietnam). Over the past few years, Bao has worked in Sensory & Consumer Insights of leading local and global Food & Beverage companies in Vietnam and in Singapore.
