Anup Pradhan is a senior insights executive with leadership experience, currently leads Research and Insights function at Uber for India South Asia market.
Anup has over 12 years of experience to carve out holistic insights factoring the industry, marketplace, and baking multiple data sources to impact business outcomes. He is rated as an expert at deploying traditional research tools and mining insights along with CRM, Digital, Social and Analytics to integrate different sources and deliver insights that are growth oriented.
Prior to Uber, Anup led Regional Consumer Insights for General Mills Ltd for India and South East Asia markets. The key brands in portfolio were Haagen Dazs, Pillsbury, Nature Valley and Betty Crocker.
Anup has worked on the research agency partner role with Nielsen where he last worked as a Director at Nielsen India leading account relationships for consumer goods multi nationals. At Nielsen, he worked in leadership roles at BASES (Innovation Consulting) and Retail Audit Service.
Passionate about listening to customer stories, a data addict and strong advocate for new research methodologies, Anup is a speaker contributor at various global seminars where he loves to share his views on traditional or new research techniques.
