Senior Analyst

Akiko is Senior Analyst at INTAGE and has more than 15 years of experience in market research. She started her career as a market researcher at Synovate and was specialized in international studies for Japanese clients who intended to enter emerging markets. Since she joined INTAGE in 2014, she has developed more than a dozen of research solutions such as capturing customer journey using smartphone, qualitative approaches employing cognitive interview, workshops that employ graphic facilitation and design thinking, to name a few. She started her collaboration with Tomoko-san, her co-presenter, in 2015 and they together enjoy challenges to develop new and inspiring approaches to explore consumers’ mind.
