Vinh Bao, Do holds a PhD of Food Science with Consumer Perception focus (University of Burgundy, France). In his previous academic role at The National Center for Scientific Research of France (CNRS), Bao investigated how culture drives the perception and taste preference of consumers in different countries (France, Korea, Japan and Vietnam).
For over the past decade, Bao has worked in Sensory Science & Consumer Insights for leading local and global Food & Beverage companies in various ASEAN markets: Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore. Currently based in Singapore, Bao leads the APAC Consumer Science team for Gum & Candy business at Mondelēz International.
