Koppar, Head – Consumer & Market Insights & Design Thinking Lead
Dr Koppar is the head of Insights for innovation for L’Oréal R&I, India and ASEAN. Currently, she fuels the innovation engine with insights and foresights. Her goal is to build a consumer centric culture among lab teams and infuse creative ways of working. As an innovation catalyst, she leads the process of gathering and transforming knowledge and insights that help deliver disruptive and commercially successful product ideas.
She is a Ph.D in Consumer behavior from the Mumbai University and a PGDM From Sydenham Institute of management, Mumbai. Anupama’s mutli-disciplinary, experience spans Brand management, Consumer insights, Strategic planning and design thinking. She has worked across diverse industries such as FMCG, healthcare and lifestyle products.
